Spring has finally arrived in Oregon. With the winter we’ve just had, getting out into the sun and helping or little piece of the world to grow again is going to be incredibly rewarding.
It’s also a great chance to get the kids outdoors and away from their electronics. Giving your kids an area of the yard that they can call their own is a fantastic way to get them interested in gardening. From growing their own flowers, herbs or vegetables, they develop a sense of pride when they can watch the fruits of their labor literally bloom.
You won’t need much to get them started. A few small tools like trowels and hand rakes, a pail, gloves and seeds. We have everything you need here in the store. Come visit and see what they’d like to grow; and maybe find something for yourself too.
