To our loyal Terra Casa customers,

I’m not sure where the last five weeks have gone, but here we are at the end of April and still no word on when “non-essential” retailers can open their doors again. I’m confident and hopeful that the re-opening of businesses will be thoughtful, methodical and closely watched so we don’t have to repeat this nightmare. As you know, we are at peak inventory with what I think is the best selection of outdoor pottery and fountains we’ve ever had and missing a key ingredient – YOU!

However, with your safety in mind (and ours as well), we have now opened the Pot Lot for shopping by appointment. We can keep the 6-foot spatial distance and you can shop to your heart’s content.

• You pick and point
• We write and walkie-talkie to an inside sales staffer
• You call and pay over the phone – no handling of credit cards
• We load you up and off you go!
• If needed, we can deliver and/or install fountains, pots, etc.

It’s best to contact us by phone – 503-577-8242 – to set up an appointment. I’m not always at the computer so if you email please know that response time may be slower than calling. Messaging through Facebook may also be delayed, I’m trying to be in numerous places at one time. We’re open regular store hours again, Mon-Sat 10-6, Sun 11-5.

If you would like something from inside the store we can text/email you photos or FaceTime with you. We’re trying to bring some seasonal goods outside as long as they can stay protected from the weather so you have a few more options for Mother’s Day gifts. As much as we’d like to let you in and browse, you might be a little annoyed if we follow you around with a bottle of Lysol and sanitize everything you touch.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during a very challenging time for all of us. We also know cabin fever is setting in so we’re here to help with a little “retail therapy” to get you through.

We miss you and wish you good health, a great attitude and a giving heart. Check in on those around you, especially our older and more vulnerable friends and family to make sure they are doing OK.
